2. Reservations
2.1 Booking Process
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email
- All reservations are subject to availability
- We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance

- Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
2.2 Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking
- Please verify all details in the confirmation

- Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

- We will accommodate changes subject to availability
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Dining Experience
4.1 Seating
- We will make every effort to accommodate seating preferences
- Specific table requests cannot be guaranteed
- Tables are reserved for 2.5 hours for parties of 1-4 guests
- Tables are reserved for 3 hours for parties of 5 or more
4.2 Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking
- We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals
- Our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, and other common allergens
4.3 Attire
- We maintain a smart casual dress code
- We kindly request no athletic wear, flip-flops, or beach attire
- Jackets are not required but appreciated
5. Payment and Pricing

- Cash payments are also accepted
- A valid credit card is required to secure reservations for parties of 6 or more

- Menu prices do not include tax and gratuity
- A service charge of 20% may be added for parties of 6 or more
5.3 Tasting Menus
- Tasting menus must be ordered for the entire table
- Wine pairings are optional and priced separately
- Minimum 48 hours notice required for tasting menu modifications
6. Special Events and Private Dining
- Private dining rooms are available for groups of 10-20 guests
- Minimum spend requirements apply for private events
- Custom menus can be arranged with advance notice

7. Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Gift cards are available for purchase online or in-person
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Promotional vouchers may have specific terms and expiration dates
8. Photography and Social Media
- Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use
- Flash photography may disturb other guests and is discouraged
- Professional photography requires prior approval
- We may photograph our dishes and dining room for promotional purposes
- By dining with us, you consent to appear in background photographs

9. Conduct and Behavior
We strive to provide a pleasant dining experience for all guests. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or disrespectful
- Ask guests to leave if their behavior disturbs other patrons
- Refuse entry to intoxicated individuals
- Limit alcohol service at our discretion
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our staff or other guests.
